1. About Pashin
Pashin provides advisor-led real-diamond jewellery and gifting services across India, including wedding gifting programmes, bespoke commissions and corporate collections. Most pieces are made to order. Where ready or catalogue pieces are offered, they are subject to availability and the same policies unless stated otherwise on the order confirmation.
2. Acceptance of terms
By browsing pashin.in, submitting an enquiry, accepting a quotation, making a payment or receiving delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Grievance Redressal Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Corporate orders must be placed by an authorised representative of the organisation.
4. How orders work
- Enquiry: You share requirements via the consultation form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Proposal: We provide design options, specifications and a written quotation or proforma invoice.
- Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after you accept the quotation in writing (email, WhatsApp or signed order form) and pay any required advance as stated in the Payment Policy.
- Design approval: For bespoke and most wedding/corporate programmes, production begins only after your explicit approval of final design, metal, stone specifications and delivery timeline.
- Fulfilment: We craft, quality-check and deliver or arrange pickup as per the Shipping Policy.
A website enquiry alone does not create a binding order. Payment links sent after consultation are valid for the period stated on the link or quotation.
5. Product descriptions & natural diamonds
- We deal in natural diamonds unless a quotation explicitly states otherwise.
- Images on pashin.in are representative. Final pieces may vary slightly in appearance due to natural stone characteristics, hand finishing and photography.
- Weights, grades and measurements in quotations are as specified at order confirmation. Substitutions require your prior approval.
- Gold jewellery is hallmarked as applicable under Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements. Certificate details, where provided, are listed on your invoice.
6. Pricing & taxes
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless a different period is specified.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless the invoice states otherwise. Your tax invoice will show GSTIN 27AACCP7673D1ZA and break-up as required by law.
- Gold rate, diamond availability, import duties (for international components) or scope changes may require a revised quotation before production.
7. Custom & made-to-order nature
Most Pashin orders are customised or made to your specifications. You acknowledge that:
- Custom goods are manufactured specifically for you after design approval;
- Standard “change of mind” returns under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 may not apply once production has commenced, as disclosed in our Refund Policy;
- Minor variations inherent to handcrafted jewellery and natural stones are not defects.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information.
- Review and approve designs, sizes and specifications carefully before authorising production.
- Be available for fitting, approval or delivery coordination where required.
- For corporate programmes, ensure recipient lists, quantities and branding approvals are final before production batching.
9. Intellectual property
Designs, renders, CAD files, photography and content on pashin.in remain Pashin’s intellectual property unless assigned in writing. You may not reproduce our designs for manufacture by third parties without consent. Custom designs created for you are licensed for personal or corporate gifting use as stated on your order.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pashin’s liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, loss of occasion, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier disruption, government action, natural disasters or stone supply constraints).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
11. Force majeure
We are not in breach if fulfilment is delayed or prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, war, epidemic, regulatory change or material supply interruption. We will notify you and propose a revised timeline where possible.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights.
Before litigation, we encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer for amicable resolution.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Orders confirmed before a change remain governed by the terms in effect at confirmation, except where law requires otherwise.
