We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment gateway partners.
3. How we collect data
- Directly from you: Consultation form on pashin.in, email, phone, WhatsApp, order forms and payment checkout.
- Automatically: Server and security logs via Cloudflare when you visit the site or submit the lead form.
- From payment partners: Payment confirmation from Razorpay, Cashfree or bank transfer references you share.
4. Legal basis (DPDP Act)
- Consent: When you tick the enquiry consent box or voluntarily provide details.
- Contractual necessity: To process and deliver your order.
- Legal obligation: Tax, accounting and regulatory record-keeping.
- Legitimate uses: Responding to communications you initiate; fraud prevention; improving site security.
5. How we use your data
- Contact you about enquiries and orders
- Prepare quotations, designs and production schedules
- Process payments and issue tax invoices
- Arrange shipping, pickup or hand delivery
- Handle grievances, returns (where applicable) and warranty claims
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Marketing
We may send order updates and service communications without separate marketing consent. Promotional messages about new collections or events are sent only with your explicit opt-in, and you may opt out at any time via support@pashin.in.
7. Data sharing
We share data only as needed with:
- Payment processors: Razorpay, Cashfree (and their banking partners)
- Logistics partners: Insured couriers and delivery agents
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting, security, D1 database for enquiry storage)
- Professional advisers: Accountants, legal counsel — under confidentiality
- Authorities: When required by law, court order or regulatory direction
Cross-border transfer occurs only where necessary (e.g. Cloudflare’s global network) and with appropriate safeguards as required under the DPDP Act.
8. Retention
- Enquiry data (no order): Up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Order & client records: Duration of relationship + 8 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Payment records: 8 years as required under Indian tax law.
- Security logs: Typically 90 days unless needed for an investigation.
9. Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you may:
- Request access to a summary of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer

10. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, honeypot and rate limiting on forms, and industry-standard practices to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Cookies & tracking
pashin.in does not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies. Cloudflare may process technical data for security and performance. Payment checkout pages hosted by Razorpay or Cashfree may set cookies required for transaction security — see their respective privacy policies.
12. Children
Our services are not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have collected a minor’s data in error.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
